Review and Selection Process:

• Company is referred to HPA through a member or other reliable source
• Initial screen is performed by managing director or other member of screening committee
• Companies are then reviewed by our investment screening committee, based on industry classification, and committee meets with the most promising companies
• Screening committee chooses which companies are to present at the next meeting for Hyde Park Angels
